Terms of payment
I invoice my clients accordingly for each order.
Cancellation / Withdrawal
- You can withdraw from participation in an event styling, such as bridal styling, at any time. The declaration of withdrawal must be made in writing.
- In the event of a withdrawal, cancellation costs will be incurred:
- If the cancellation is made more than three weeks before the booked date, no cancellation fees will be charged.
- If the cancellation takes place less than three weeks but more than 7 weekdays before the booked date, 50% of the costs are to be paid by you as cancellation costs.
- If the cancellation takes place 7 weekdays or less before the evenstyling, you must pay the full fee.
Warranty
The statutory provisions apply, whereby I always reserve the right to correct any defective services in the event of a complaint.
Data protection
Customer-related data will be used by me exclusively for my own customer care, for sending information and for sending invoices. Pictures are only published with the customer's consent.
