I issue an invoice to my clients for each job.

Cancellation / Withdrawal

You may cancel your participation in an event styling session, such as bridal styling, at any time. The cancellation must be made in writing.
In the event of a cancellation, cancellation fees will apply:

If the cancellation is made more than three weeks before the booked date, no cancellation fees will apply.
If you cancel less than three weeks but more than seven calendar days before the booked date, you will be required to pay 50% of the total cost as a cancellation fee.
If you cancel 7 calendar days or fewer before the event, you must pay the full fee.

Warranty

The statutory provisions apply; however, in the event of a complaint, I reserve the right to correct any defective services.

Privacy Policy

I use customer data exclusively for customer service, sending information, and issuing invoices. Images are published only with the customer’s consent.
